We understand that acquiring a natural gemstone is a significant investment. To protect that investment, we have established a transparent, frictionless returns protocol.

1. The 7-Day Satisfaction Guarantee

If you are not completely satisfied with your acquisition, our corporate concierge team will facilitate a full return or exchange within 7 days of delivery. No hidden clauses. We simply ask that the specimen is returned in the exact condition it was received.

2. Conditions for Return Eligibility

To qualify for a full refund or priority exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• Unaltered State: The crystal or gemstone must be in its original, undamaged condition. It must not have been physically altered, chipped, or exposed to damaging chemical/water treatments.
• Lab Certification: The Official Gemological Laboratory Certificate Card (if applicable to your specific piece) must be included in the return package.
• Original Packaging: All protective materials and branding boxes must be returned intact to ensure safe reverse transit.

3. Transit Damage Protocol

We utilize museum-grade thermal shock-absorption wraps and rigid structural corner guards to protect delicate mineral cleavage planes during transit. However, if a specimen is compromised by courier mishandling, we offer an immediate resolution:

• Include a clear photograph of the damaged item and the external packaging.
• We will authorize an immediate priority replacement (if a similar geological specimen is available) or issue a full refund without requiring you to wait for a complex courier investigation.

4. Step-by-Step Return Process

2. Authorization: Our team will authorize the return and provide reverse pickup instructions (available for most Indian pincodes).
3. Inspection: Once the parcel arrives at our Dehradun Fulfillment Center, our lapidary team will inspect the mineral’s integrity within 48 hours.
4. Refund: Following a successful inspection, your refund will be processed immediately to your original payment method. Bank processing times typically take 3-5 business days.

5. International Returns

For all international orders outside of India, the customer is strictly responsible for arranging the return shipment and covering all return shipping costs, including any applicable export duties or customs fees. The 7-day return window applies from the date of delivery.
